The Dunning Kruger Effect & Other Cognitive Biases that Limit Our Performance

The “Dunning Kruger effect” is a well documented cognitive bias that affects decision making for all of us.

The results of Dunning Kruger and other cognitive biases mean that otherwise smart people tend to make plans that can be very difficult to realize.

These cognitive biases affect us in our working lives as well as in our personal lives.

This 30 minute session explores these cognitive biases with examples, and explain why they are a critical consideration in today’s fast moving, agile business world, and the impact on business change and transformation.

We ran the discussion live on Wednesday, December 15th 2021 and you can see the recording here . .

It will make you think, and possibly help you think differently and more effectively about options, plans and decisions.
