Look Up – The World is Changing

It might be cliché that ‘change is the only constant’, but the importance of understanding drivers behind change and how to manage it proactively should not be underestimated. Change can mean different things in different organizations, from market changes, technology shifts, internal process restructure to new external regulations, but it genuinely seems different this time. We wanted to share some thoughts on this.
