Looking at the longer term plans for the future beyond COVID, this survey has 14 questions and takes 3 minutes, and aims to understand how Finance, Shared Services, GBS and Technology groups are responding, and planning to respond, to the challenges presented by COVID and the resultant, very obvious, economic effects. We won’t be going back to the “old world” so we need be executing fast.
