When the COVID crisis first hit, a huge percentage of us upped and left our desks and office spaces behind and have been working from home for the past few months, in various stages of lockdown around the world, with mixed reviews.
The benefits of working from home have always been highlighted and touted a lot more over the past few months. Now 54% of adults want to work remotely most of the time after the pandemic, according to a new study from IBM.
But we like to take the “healthy sceptic” view at Consider, and look through all the available lenses. We believe there may be some unintended consequences in the heightened appeal of home working.
