The SAP Finance Journey

We were lucky enough to sit down and pick the brain of Dave Cornine, VP of Global Financial Systems at Sony Music. ERP optimisation and achieving more for less, with greater efficiency is becoming increasingly important and no less difficult.

Sony Music shared their insights and experiences on the journey to greater standardisation, visibility and control. It was an interesting case study, supporting the integration of business operations with a strong ERP strategy. It was refreshing to hear about the higher than anticipated cost savings achieved as well as improved analytics, risk reduction and enhanced compliance on Sony Music’s journey.

The best practices and lessons learned that were shared were relevant to anyone at any stage of a standardisation or optimisation project.
