The past twelve months have shown a radical shift in focus for shared services organizations, and the three main topics of the conference were Digitization, Globalization and HR.  This event was dedicated to uniting shared service leaders so that they can discuss what is on the horizon and how best to take advantage of what’s coming next. Our CEO Dan French was invited to talk on Machine Learning – where could it fit and when can we implement? He focussed on the benefits, possible results and readiness of use in the Shared Services Market.
