    Dan French is Chief Executive Officer at Consider. Dan co-founded the firm in 2000 and has a background of 25 years in general management, consulting, performance improvement, process change and technology. Though based in London, he spends a huge amount of time travelling the world meeting with customers. For recreation, he enjoys skiing, playing blues guitar and sharing very fine red wine.

    Tom Gruber co-founded Consider and remains Chief Scientific Advisor. Tom’s specialises in deploying technology to augment human intelligence. He was also Co-founder, CTO and VP Design at Siri, which created the first ‘intelligent assistant for everyone’ before being acquired by Apple. Tom’s research at Stanford in Artificial Intelligence, helped lay the groundwork the Semantic Web.

    Andy Rhodes joined Consider in 2004 as the lead technical architect. He has extensive Consulting skills and considerable knowledge of Software Development. As Chief Technology Officer he has a keen focus on emerging, innovative technologies and their practical application to solve real business issues. Outside work Andy is a keen amateur astronomer and rugby fan.

    Stephen Sawh joined Consider in 2005 as CFO. Stephen has over 20 years experience as a Financial Controller, Finance Director and CFO having worked for US based Fortune 500 firm and a UK technology start-up that was later acquired by Harte-Hanks. Stephen’s deep understanding of the essence of business makes him an exemplar of the business partner concept embodied in World-Class Finance.

    Hans van Nes is COO at Consider. He has spent over 25 years in general management, consulting, sales, performance improvement, process change and technology. Hans lives in The Netherlands and leads the Global Services Team at Consider which includes the consulting, training and customer support teams. His other passion is discovering fine wines from small independent wine makers.
