The job will suit an intelligent, self-motivated, high-energy graduate.

This is an entry-level support role in billable consulting for Continuous Monitoring (CM) engagements with clients. These engagements identify key business exceptions to help drive improved business performance and better visibility over risk and compliance issues.

The role involves implementing and maintaining exception monitoring scenarios including those for Segregation of Duties, General Computing Controls,Master Data, Transactions and Process Improvement projects in areas such as Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash and Revenue to Report.

Consulting Practice Leader – Performance, Risk & Compliance (US based)

An interesting adventure for a highly experienced professional with demonstrable business process performance, risk and controls understanding, a solid consulting background, and strong experience and understanding of financial control, audit and ERP (especially SAP).

This is a leadership role based in the US and includes business development, client and engagement management AND billable consulting. The focus is Performance, Risk and Compliance advisory and continuous monitoring for ICFR, FCPA, fraud prevention and business process optimization. The target customers are organisations aspiring to World Class Finance.

The candidate will have the ability and personality to develop and win new clients as well as to manage, develop and extend existing client relationships. We are looking for a well-organized, intelligent, self-motivated, high-energy individual, with strong communication skills and the ability to articulate and develop vision with the client at all levels.

Client engagements involve planning, advising, managing, delivering and supporting GRC/CM projects, including those for segregation of duties, user access provisioning, general computing controls, transaction and data monitoring, as well as process improvement projects in areas such as Purchase to Pay, Order to Cash and Record to Report. Use of GRC and continuous monitoring technologies is core to these projects although a business focused approach is essential for stakeholder management and client/project acquisition through exploring business value and outcomes.
